The Thunder - 13:32
The messengers before you were also mocked. I gave the unbelievers a chance and finally I caught them. What was the result?
Allah increases the sins of the disbelievers by the time and blessings He gives:

The messengers before you were also mocked. I gave the unbelievers a chance and finally I caught them. What was the result?
وَلَقَدِ اسْتُهْزِئَ بِرُسُلٍ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ فَاَمْلَيْتُ لِلَّذ۪ينَ كَفَرُوا ثُمَّ اَخَذْتُهُمْ۠ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عِقَابِ
Mary/19:75
"Say, "The Most Merciful gives a term to those who go astray. Until they see the punishment or the end of the world. They will know who has the evil place and the weak army."
قُلْ مَنْ كَانَ فِي الضَّلَالَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ لَهُ الرَّحْمٰنُ مَداًّۚ حَتّٰٓى اِذَا رَاَوْا مَا يُوعَدُونَ اِمَّا الْعَذَابَ وَاِمَّا السَّاعَةَۜ فَسَيَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ شَرٌّ مَكَاناً وَاَضْعَفُ جُنْداً
The Family Of Imran/3:178
Let not the disbelievers think that the term I have given them is good for them. We give them time for their sins to increase. For them is a humiliating torment.
وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذ۪ينَ كَفَرُٓوا اَنَّمَا نُمْل۪ي لَهُمْ خَيْرٌ لِاَنْفُسِهِمْۜ اِنَّمَا نُمْل۪ي لَهُمْ لِيَزْدَادُٓوا اِثْماًۚ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُه۪ينٌ
The Cattle/6:123
We have given permission to the leading criminals of every country to deceive and plot therein. Indeed they deceive none but themselves. But they do not realize it.
وَكَذٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَا ف۪ي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ اَكَابِرَ مُجْرِم۪يهَا لِيَمْكُرُوا ف۪يهَاۜ وَمَا يَمْكُرُونَ اِلَّا بِاَنْفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
The Night Journey/17:16
When We wish to destroy a community, We allow its prominent wealthy people to do evil there. Thus the promise to that community is fulfilled and We destroy it.
وَاِذَٓا اَرَدْنَٓا اَنْ نُهْلِكَ قَرْيَةً اَمَرْنَا مُتْرَف۪يهَا فَفَسَقُوا ف۪يهَا فَحَقَّ عَلَيْهَا الْقَوْلُ فَدَمَّرْنَاهَا تَدْم۪يراً
The Cow/2:126
"Ibrahim said, "My Lord, make this a place of safety. Provide for your people who believe in Allah and the Last Day with crops,"when he said, "I will provide for the disbeliever. I will provide for him for a short time, then I will condemn him to the punishment of the Fire. What an evil abode is that!"
وَاِذْ قَالَ اِبْرٰه۪يمُ رَبِّ اجْعَلْ هٰذَا بَلَداً اٰمِناً وَارْزُقْ اَهْلَهُ مِنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ مَنْ اٰمَنَ مِنْهُمْ بِاللّٰهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِۜ قَالَ وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَاُمَتِّعُهُ قَل۪يلاً ثُمَّ اَضْطَرُّهُٓ اِلٰى عَذَابِ النَّارِۜ وَبِئْسَ الْمَص۪يرُ
The Repentance/9:55
Let not their money and their children impress you. Allah wants to punish them with them in the life of this world and that their souls should be disbelievers.
فَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ اَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلَٓا اَوْلَادُهُمْۜ اِنَّمَا يُر۪يدُ اللّٰهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ بِهَا فِي الْحَيٰوةِ الدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ اَنْفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَافِرُونَ
The Believers/23:52
This community of yours is one community. Count me, I am your Lord.
وَاِنَّ هٰذِه۪ٓ اُمَّتُكُمْ اُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَاَنَا۬ رَبُّكُمْ فَاتَّقُونِ
The Believers/23:53
But they divided their affairs into various books. Each group is content with what is with it.
فَـتَقَطَّـعُٓوا اَمْرَهُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ زُبُراًۜ كُلُّ حِزْبٍ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ فَرِحُونَ
The Believers/23:54
Leave them in their confusion until a certain period.
فَذَرْهُمْ ف۪ي غَمْرَتِهِمْ حَتّٰى ح۪ينٍ
The Believers/23:55
Do they think that with the wealth and children We have bestowed upon them,
اَيَحْسَبُونَ اَنَّمَا نُمِدُّهُمْ بِه۪ مِنْ مَالٍ وَبَن۪ينَۙ
The Believers/23:56
We run for their good? No, they do not realize it.
نُسَارِعُ لَهُمْ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِۜ بَلْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
Luqman/31:24
We give them a little while to live, then We drive them to a severe punishment.
نُمَتِّعُهُمْ قَل۪يلاً ثُمَّ نَضْطَرُّهُمْ اِلٰى عَذَابٍ غَل۪يظٍ
The One Covering Himself/73:11
Leave to me those who have wealth but deny you; give them a little time.
وَذَرْن۪ي وَالْمُكَذِّب۪ينَ اُو۬لِي النَّعْمَةِ وَمَهِّلْهُمْ قَل۪يلاً
The One Covering Himself/73:13
A food hard to swallow and a painful torment.
وَطَعَاماً ذَا غُصَّةٍ وَعَذَاباً اَل۪يماً
The Night Comer/86:17
So give the disbelievers a little while longer.
فَمَهِّلِ الْـكَافِر۪ينَ اَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْداً
