Ta-Ha - 20:4
It has been sent down from the Creator of the earth and the high heavens.
High heavens:
Those Who Pull Out/79:27
Are you or the sky more formidable in creation? He made it.
ءَاَنْتُمْ اَشَدُّ خَلْقاً اَمِ السَّمَٓاءُۜ بَنٰيهَا۠
The Thunder/13:2
It is Allah Who raised the heavens without a pillar that you can see, then He is sovereign over all government, and He subdued the sun and the moon. All of them pass away for a definite period of time. He controls all affairs and explains the verses in detail so that you may have no doubt about meeting your Lord
اَللّٰهُ الَّذ۪ي رَفَعَ السَّمٰوَاتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَۜ كُلٌّ يَجْر۪ي لِاَجَلٍ مُسَمًّىۜ يُدَبِّرُ الْاَمْرَ يُفَصِّلُ الْاٰيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ بِلِقَٓاءِ رَبِّكُمْ تُوقِنُونَ
Ta-Ha/20:4
It has been sent down from the Creator of the earth and the high heavens.
تَنْز۪يلاً مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ الْاَرْضَ وَالسَّمٰوَاتِ الْعُلٰىۜ
The Most Gracious/55:7
He raised the heaven and set the measure/balance.
وَالسَّمَٓاءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الْم۪يزَانَۙ
The Overwhelming/88:17
Do they not look at the camels, how were they created?
اَفَلَا يَنْظُرُونَ اِلَى الْاِبِلِ كَيْفَ خُلِقَتْ۠
