The Romans - 30:3
closest to the area (inhabited by Arabs) They will defeat them after their defeat.
The Qur'an foretells some future events:
Ta-Ha/20:113
So We have sent it down as a Qur´an in Arabic, and We have explained in it the news of the future in various forms so that they may act righteously or it may be a reminder for them.
وَكَذٰلِكَ اَنْزَلْنَاهُ قُرْاٰناً عَرَبِياًّ وَصَرَّفْنَا ف۪يهِ مِنَ الْوَع۪يدِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ اَوْ يُحْدِثُ لَهُمْ ذِكْراً
The Prophets/21:96
Finally, when the way is opened for Jajjuj and Majuj, they will attack from every direction.
حَتّٰٓى اِذَا فُتِحَتْ يَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَهُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ حَدَبٍ يَنْسِلُونَ
The Prophets/21:97
"The fulfillment of the Word of truth has come near, and the eyes of the disbelievers have been filled with fear: "Woe to us, we were heedless of this, we were indeed the wrongdoers."
وَاقْتَرَبَ الْوَعْدُ الْحَقُّ فَاِذَا هِيَ شَاخِصَةٌ اَبْصَارُ الَّذ۪ينَ كَفَرُواۜ يَا وَيْلَنَا قَدْ كُنَّا ف۪ي غَفْلَةٍ مِنْ هٰذَا بَلْ كُنَّا ظَالِم۪ينَ
The Ants/27:82
When the time comes, We will bring forth for them a creature made of earth, and he will inform them that the people do not believe in Our signs and miracles.
وَاِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ اَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَٓابَّةً مِنَ الْاَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْۙ اَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا بِاٰيَاتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ۟
The Ants/27:83
The day will come when We will gather and drive out from every community those who deny Our signs and Our miracles.
وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ مِنْ كُلِّ اُمَّةٍ فَوْجاً مِمَّنْ يُكَذِّبُ بِاٰيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ
The Romans/30:3

ف۪ٓي اَدْنَى الْاَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَۙ
The Romans/30:4
In a few years. The matter belongs to Allah in the end. On that Day the believers will rejoice.
ف۪ي بِضْعِ سِن۪ينَۜ لِلّٰهِ الْاَمْرُ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَمِنْ بَعْدُۜ وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَۙ
The Romans/30:5
By the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills. He is the Exalted, the Merciful.
بِنَصْرِ اللّٰهِۜ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَٓاءُۜ وَهُوَ الْعَز۪يزُ الرَّح۪يمُ
The Smoke/44:10
Watch for the Day when the sky will bring a clear smoke.
فَارْتَقِبْ يَوْمَ تَأْتِي السَّمَٓاءُ بِدُخَانٍ مُب۪ينٍۙ
The Smoke/44:11
It will surround the people; it is a painful torment.
يَغْشَى النَّاسَۜ هٰذَا عَذَابٌ اَل۪يمٌ
The Moon/54:1
The Hour (the end of the world) is near and the moon has split.
اِقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ
The Moon/54:2
"If they see a miracle, they turn away and say, "It is a continuing magic"."
وَاِنْ يَرَوْا اٰيَةً يُعْرِضُوا وَيَقُولُوا سِحْرٌ مُسْتَمِرٌّ
