The Scatterers - 51:30
"They said, "This is what your Lord has said. He is Wise, Knowing."
Which son was given glad tidings to Prophet Abraham and why?
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:110
This is how We reward those who do good.
كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِن۪ينَ
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:111
He was of Our servants who believed.
اِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِن۪ينَ
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:112
We gave him (Abraham) the glad tidings of Isaac, a prophet from among the righteous.
وَبَشَّرْنَاهُ بِاِسْحٰقَ نَبِياًّ مِنَ الصَّالِح۪ينَ
The Prophets/21:69
"We said: "O Fire, be cool and safe for Abraham"."
قُلْنَا يَا نَارُ كُون۪ي بَرْداً وَسَلَاماً عَلٰٓى اِبْرٰه۪يمَۙ
The Prophets/21:70
So they tried to devise a plan for him, but We doomed them to failure.
وَاَرَادُوا بِه۪ كَيْداً فَجَعَلْنَاهُمُ الْاَخْسَر۪ينَۚ
The Prophets/21:71
And We delivered him and Lot to the land which We had made sacred for all mankind.
وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ وَلُوطاً اِلَى الْاَرْضِ الَّت۪ي بَارَكْنَا ف۪يهَا لِلْعَالَم۪ينَ
The Prophets/21:72
We gave him (Abraham) Isaac and Jacob as a reward, and We made them all righteous.
وَوَهَبْنَا لَـهُٓ اِسْحٰقَۜ وَيَعْقُوبَ نَافِلَةًۜ وَكُلاًّ جَعَلْنَا صَالِح۪ينَ
Mary/19:46
"(His father said:) "Are you turning away from my gods, Abraham? If you do not stop this, I will stone you, go away from me!"
قَالَ اَرَاغِبٌ اَنْتَ عَنْ اٰلِهَت۪ي يَٓا اِبْرٰه۪يمُۚ لَئِنْ لَمْ تَنْتَهِ۬ لَاَرْجُمَنَّكَ وَاهْجُرْن۪ي مَلِياًّ
Mary/19:47
"Peace be upon you,"he said, "I will beg my Lord for your forgiveness; He is most merciful to me."
قَالَ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكَۚ سَاَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكَ رَبّ۪يۜ اِنَّهُ كَانَ ب۪ي حَفِياًّ
Mary/19:48
I am leaving you and those whom you call upon besides Allah, I call upon my Lord, and I hope that I will not be unfortunate in calling upon my Lord.
وَاَعْتَزِلُكُمْ وَمَا تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللّٰهِ وَاَدْعُوا رَبّ۪يۘ عَسٰٓى اَلَّٓا اَكُونَ بِدُعَٓاءِ رَبّ۪ي شَقِياًّ
Mary/19:49
When he left them and those whom he served besides Allah, We gave him (Abraham) Isaac and Jacob. We made them all prophets.
فَلَمَّا اعْتَزَلَهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللّٰهِۙ وَهَبْنَا لَـهُٓ اِسْحٰقَ وَيَعْقُوبَۜ وَكُلاًّ جَعَلْنَا نَبِياًّ
The Rocky Tract/15:53
"They said, "Do not worry, we give you the glad tidings of a learned son."
قَالُوا لَا تَوْجَلْ اِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَامٍ عَل۪يمٍ
