The Mountain - 52:14
This is the Fire which you were denying.
They characterized the warning of the resurrection as the claim of a bewitched man:
Prophet Hud/11:7
"He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, to test which of you is the best in work. His sovereignty was over the waters. Nevertheless, if you say to the disbelievers, "You will be resurrected after death,"they will say, "This is only clear magic."
وَهُوَ الَّذ۪ي خَلَقَ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضَ ف۪ي سِتَّةِ اَيَّامٍ وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَٓاءِ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ اَيُّكُمْ اَحْسَنُ عَمَلاًۜ وَلَئِنْ قُلْتَ اِنَّكُمْ مَبْعُوثُونَ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْمَوْتِ لَيَقُولَنَّ الَّذ۪ينَ كَفَرُٓوا اِنْ هٰذَٓا اِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُب۪ينٌ
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:13
They do not take admonition when they are reminded.
وَاِذَا ذُكِّرُوا لَا يَذْكُرُونَۖ
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:14
When they see a proof, they ridicule it.
وَاِذَا رَاَوْا اٰيَةً يَسْتَسْخِرُونَۖ
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:15
"They say, "This is nothing but a manifest magic."
وَقَالُٓوا اِنْ هٰذَٓا اِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُب۪ينٌۚ
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:16
Shall we be resurrected after we have died and become dust and bones?
ءَاِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَاباً وَعِظَاماً ءَاِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَۙ
The Night Journey/17:47
"We know well how they hear when they listen to you, and how they say among themselves, "You are only following a bewitched man"."
نَحْنُ اَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَسْتَمِعُونَ بِه۪ٓ اِذْ يَسْتَمِعُونَ اِلَيْكَ وَاِذْ هُمْ نَجْوٰٓى اِذْ يَقُولُ الظَّالِمُونَ اِنْ تَتَّبِعُونَ اِلَّا رَجُلاً مَسْحُوراً
The Night Journey/17:48
Behold how they go astray, recognizing you, and they will never find a way again
اُنْظُرْ كَيْفَ ضَرَبُوا لَكَ الْاَمْثَالَ فَضَلُّوا فَلَا يَسْتَط۪يعُونَ سَب۪يلاً
The Night Journey/17:49
"They said: "Shall we be resurrected with a new creation after we have become bones and small pieces?"
وَقَالُٓوا ءَاِذَا كُنَّا عِظَاماً وَرُفَاتاً ءَاِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقاً جَد۪يداً
