اِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَر۪يمٍۙ

He is powerful; he is authorized by the Owner of Authority.
ذ۪ي قُوَّةٍ عِنْدَ ذِي الْعَرْشِ مَك۪ينٍۙ
The Overthrowing/81:25
It cannot be the word of the expelled Satan.
