بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
6
25:21 "Those who did not expect to meet Us said: "Either angels should descend on us or we should see our Lord". They were arrogant to themselves and had gone far in rebellion."
وَقَالَ الَّذ۪ينَ لَا يَرْجُونَ لِقَٓاءَنَا لَوْلَٓا اُنْزِلَ عَلَيْنَا الْمَلٰٓئِكَةُ اَوْ نَرٰى رَبَّـنَاۜ لَقَدِ اسْتَكْبَرُوا ف۪ٓي اَنْفُسِهِمْ وَعَتَوْ عُتُواًّ كَب۪يراً

25:22 "The day when they see the angels will not be a pleasant day for the guilty. They will say: "We are completely surrounded"."
يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَ الْمَلٰٓئِكَةَ لَا بُشْرٰى يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُجْرِم۪ينَ وَيَقُولُونَ حِجْراً مَحْجُوراً

25:23 We will look at what they used to do and We will neutralize them completely.
وَقَدِمْنَٓا اِلٰى مَا عَمِلُوا مِنْ عَمَلٍ فَجَعَلْنَاهُ هَبَٓاءً مَنْثُوراً

25:24 On that Day the abode of the people of Paradise will be better and they will hear better news.
اَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ يَوْمَئِذٍ خَيْرٌ مُسْتَقَراًّ وَاَحْسَنُ مَق۪يلاً

25:25 The Day when the heavens will break up in clouds and the angels will be sent down in multitudes,
وَيَوْمَ تَشَقَّقُ السَّمَٓاءُ بِالْغَمَامِ وَنُزِّلَ الْمَلٰٓئِكَةُ تَنْز۪يلاً

25:26 On that Day the dominion will belong to the Most Merciful, absolutely and completely. It will be a hard day for the disbelievers.
اَلْمُلْكُ يَوْمَئِذٍۨ الْحَقُّ لِلرَّحْمٰنِۜ وَكَانَ يَوْماً عَلَى الْكَافِر۪ينَ عَس۪يراً

25:27 "On that Day the wrongdoer will bite his hand and say: "If only I had followed the same path with the Messenger"."
وَيَوْمَ يَعَضُّ الظَّالِمُ عَلٰى يَدَيْهِ يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي اتَّخَذْتُ مَعَ الرَّسُولِ سَب۪يلاً

25:28 Woe to me, if only I had not taken so-and-so as a friend.
يَا وَيْلَتٰى لَيْتَن۪ي لَمْ اَتَّخِذْ فُلَاناً خَل۪يلاً

25:29 He led me astray from the message that reached me. Indeed, Satan leads a man astray.
لَقَدْ اَضَلَّن۪ي عَنِ الذِّكْرِ بَعْدَ اِذْ جَٓاءَن۪يۜ وَكَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ لِلْاِنْسَانِ خَذُولاً

25:30 "And the Messenger says, "My Lord, my people have abandoned the Qur´an."
وَقَالَ الرَّسُولُ يَا رَبِّ اِنَّ قَوْمِي اتَّخَذُوا هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنَ مَهْجُوراً

25:31 We have also made for every prophet an enemy from among the criminals, and your Lord is sufficient as a guide and helper.
وَكَذٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ عَدُواًّ مِنَ الْمُجْرِم۪ينَۜ وَكَفٰى بِرَبِّكَ هَادِياً وَنَص۪يراً

25:32 "The disbelievers said, "Why was not the Qur´an sent down to him at once? So We place it in his memory and recite it according to an appointed sequence."
وَقَالَ الَّذ۪ينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ الْقُرْاٰنُ جُمْلَةً وَاحِدَةًۚ كَذٰلِكَ لِنُثَبِّتَ بِه۪ فُؤٰادَكَ وَرَتَّلْنَاهُ تَرْت۪يلاً

25:33 We bring you the truth and the best explanation against every argument they throw at you.
وَلَا يَأْتُونَكَ بِمَثَلٍ اِلَّا جِئْنَاكَ بِالْحَقِّ وَاَحْسَنَ تَفْس۪يراًۜ

25:34 Those who are forced into Hell are those who have the worst place and the most crooked way
اَلَّذ۪ينَ يُحْشَرُونَ عَلٰى وُجُوهِهِمْ اِلٰى جَهَنَّمَۙ اُو۬لٰٓئِكَ شَرٌّ مَكَاناً وَاَضَلُّ سَب۪يلاً۟

25:35 We gave Moses the Book and appointed his brother Aaron as his helper.
وَلَقَدْ اٰتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ وَجَعَلْنَا مَعَهُٓ اَخَاهُ هٰرُونَ وَز۪يراًۚ

25:36 "We said, "Go, you two, to that people who rejected Our signs."Then We destroyed them."
فَقُلْنَا اذْهَبَٓا اِلَى الْقَوْمِ الَّذ۪ينَ كَذَّبُوا بِاٰيَاتِنَاۜ فَدَمَّرْنَاهُمْ تَدْم۪يراًۜ

25:37 Similarly, when Noah´s people denied the messengers, We drowned them as a lesson for the people. We have prepared a painful punishment for the wrongdoers.
وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ لَمَّا كَذَّبُوا الرُّسُلَ اَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ لِلنَّاسِ اٰيَةًۜ وَاَعْتَدْنَا لِلظَّالِم۪ينَ عَـذَاباً اَل۪يماًۚ

25:38 And the people of Ad, Thamud, Res and many generations between them.
وَعَـاداً وَثَمُودَا۬ وَاَصْحَابَ الرَّسِّ وَقُرُوناً بَيْنَ ذٰلِكَ كَث۪يراً

25:39 We gave sufficient examples to all of them, so We destroyed them all.
وَكُلاًّ ضَرَبْنَا لَهُ الْاَمْثَالَۘ وَكُلاًّ تَبَّرْنَا تَتْب۪يراً

25:40 They have passed by the land (Sodom) which has been showered with calamity. Have they not seen it? Indeed they did not believe in the resurrection.
وَلَقَدْ اَتَوْا عَلَى الْقَرْيَةِ الَّت۪ٓي اُمْطِرَتْ مَطَرَ السَّوْءِۜ اَفَلَمْ يَكُونُوا يَرَوْنَهَاۚ بَلْ كَانُوا لَا يَرْجُونَ نُشُوراً
