| بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ | |
|
27:41
Change the form of his throne, and let us see whether he will be righteous, or whether he will be of those who cannot be righteous.
قَالَ نَكِّرُوا لَهَا عَرْشَهَا نَنْظُرْ اَتَهْتَد۪ٓي اَمْ تَكُونُ مِنَ الَّذ۪ينَ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ

27:42
"When (the female leader) arrived, she was told, "Is your throne like this?""It is like it,"he said, "We were informed before it and we were Muslims."
فَلَمَّا جَٓاءَتْ ق۪يلَ اَهٰكَذَا عَرْشُكِۜ قَالَتْ كَاَنَّهُ هُوَۚ وَاُو۫ت۪ينَا الْعِلْمَ مِنْ قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِم۪ينَ

27:43
He was led astray by those whom he served besides Allah. He was a member of a disbelieving community.
وَصَدَّهَا مَا كَانَتْ تَعْبُدُ مِنْ دُونِ اللّٰهِۜ اِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مِنْ قَوْمٍ كَافِر۪ينَ

27:44
"It was said to him, "Enter the hall of the palace."When she saw the hall of the palace, she stretched out her legs, thinking it was a pool of water. (Solomon) said, "This is a hall furnished with crystal."(The female leader) said, "My Lord, I have wronged myself. I have surrendered with Solomon to Allah, the Lord of the Universe."
ق۪يلَ لَهَا ادْخُلِي الصَّرْحَۚ فَلَمَّا رَاَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَنْ سَاقَيْهَاۜ قَالَ اِنَّهُ صَرْحٌ مُمَرَّدٌ مِنْ قَوَار۪يرَۜ قَالَتْ رَبِّ اِنّ۪ي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْس۪ي وَاَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمٰنَ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَم۪ينَ۟

|
27:45
"We sent to Thamud their brother Salih to say to them, "Serve Allah."Thereupon they divided into two groups disputing."
وَلَقَدْ اَرْسَلْـنَٓا اِلٰى ثَمُودَ اَخَـاهُمْ صَـالِحاً اَنِ اعْبُـدُوا اللّٰهَ فَاِذَا هُمْ فَر۪يقَانِ يَخْتَصِمُونَ

27:46
"My people,"he said, "why do you hasten to do evil instead of good? Should you not ask forgiveness from Allah that you may be shown mercy?"
قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لِمَ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَةِۚ لَوْلَا تَسْتَغْفِرُونَ اللّٰهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ

|
27:47
"They said, "You and those with you have jinxed us."He said, "Your bad luck is from Allah. Surely you are a people who are put to a test."
قَالُوا اطَّيَّرْنَا بِكَ وَبِمَنْ مَعَكَۜ قَالَ طَٓائِرُكُمْ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ بَلْ اَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ تُفْتَنُونَ

|
27:48
There was a gang of nine in the city; they were making mischief in the region and never did anything good.
وَكَانَ فِي الْمَد۪ينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْاَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
|

27:49
"They swore by Allah and said to one another, "Let us make a night raid on him and his family and then tell his tribe that we know nothing about their death and that we speak the truth."
قَالُوا تَقَاسَمُوا بِاللّٰهِ لَنُبَيِّتَنَّهُ وَاَهْلَهُ ثُمَّ لَنَقُولَنَّ لِوَلِيِّه۪ مَا شَهِدْنَا مَهْلِكَ اَهْلِه۪ وَاِنَّا لَصَادِقُونَ
|
|
|
وَمَكَرُوا مَكْراً وَمَكَرْنَا مَكْراً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
|
|
|
فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ مَكْرِهِمْۙ اَنَّا دَمَّرْنَاهُمْ وَقَوْمَهُمْ اَجْمَع۪ينَ
|
|
|
27:52
Here are their houses collapsed because of their wrongdoing. There must be a lesson in this for a people who know.
فَتِلْكَ بُيُوتُهُمْ خَاوِيَةً بِمَا ظَلَمُواۜ اِنَّ ف۪ي ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ

|
وَاَنْجَيْنَا الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا وَكَانُوا يَتَّقُونَ
|
|
|
وَلُوطاً اِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِه۪ٓ اَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ وَاَنْتُمْ تُبْصِرُونَ
|
|
|
27:55
Do you have sexual intercourse with men and not with women? You are indeed an ignorant people.
اَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِنْ دُونِ النِّسَٓاءِۜ بَلْ اَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ تَجْهَلُونَ

|
27:56
"The answer of his people was only to say, "Remove Lot´s family from your town, they want to remain pure."
فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِه۪ٓ اِلَّٓا اَنْ قَالُٓوا اَخْرِجُٓوا اٰلَ لُوطٍ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْۚ اِنَّهُمْ اُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ

|
27:57
So We saved him and his family, except his wife; We counted her among those who remained behind.
فَاَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَاَهْلَـهُٓ اِلَّا امْرَاَتَهُۘ قَدَّرْنَاهَا مِنَ الْغَابِر۪ينَ
|
|
|
وَاَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَراًۚ فَسَٓاءَ مَطَرُ الْمُنْذَر۪ينَ۟
|
|
|
27:59
"Say: "To Allah is due the praise. Peace be upon His servants whom He has chosen. Who is better, Allah or those whom they associate with partners?"
قُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ وَسَلَامٌ عَلٰى عِبَادِهِ الَّذ۪ينَ اصْطَفٰىۜ آٰللّٰهُ خَيْرٌ اَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَۜ

|
|
27:60
Who created the heavens and the earth, and sent down water from the sky and planted with it beautiful gardens of which you cannot plant a single tree? Another god besides Allah? Indeed, they are a people who have gone astray.
اَمَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضَ وَاَنْزَلَ لَكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَٓاءِ مَٓاءًۚ فَاَنْبَتْنَا بِه۪ حَدَٓائِقَ ذَاتَ بَهْجَةٍۚ مَا كَانَ لَكُمْ اَنْ تُنْبِتُوا شَجَرَهَاۜ ءَاِلٰهٌ مَعَ اللّٰهِۜ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ يَعْدِلُونَۜ
